Core Supports

Core Supports can help to improve your general quality of life just by giving you a helping hand with those little activities that help you get through each day. Adapt Community Care has a lovely team of support workers who provide ongoing support with things like tidying your home, doing the laundry, getting dressed or helping you shop for essentials.

Community Participation

Community Nursing
The NDIS funds community nursing so that people with disability can receive vital clinical care in the comfort of their homes.
